Founded in 2003, Dongguan Shenghan Precise Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is a corporation specializing in the precise mould design, manufacture, assembly and sample submission of testing moulds. Our company was founded in Jan. of 2007, with an area of 5,000sqm. The whole mould production process takes use of globally advanced CAD/CAM/CAE mould development and design system, CNC processing center, slow thread-processing cutters, electric spark machine and other precise mould producing equipment.Most moulds we produced weigh between 30kg and 1.5 tons. Lung Kee Group and Futaba are our main suppliers. Mould fittings are accordant to DME .HASCO. MISUMI international standard. We are familiar with all kinds of features of plastic materials, such as PC+ABS, LCP, nylon, POM, ABS, PBT, PET, PC, PPS, TPE and TPR. We can also produce thermosetting plastic and bakelite (with a special workshop for that). With independent import & export right for foreign business, our company exports products to Japan, Germany, and the USA. Our precise injection mold manufacture, precise injection molding, assembly for finished products and R&D have all achieved ISO9001 certification, and we have also passed ISO14001.
